Rent to Homebuy is designed for people who want to own a home of their own but cannot afford to pay the full market price.

It is like a 'try before you buy' option which gives you a chance to rent the home you hope to buy, where you pay a discounted rent of no more than 80% of the current market rate. This enables you to save for a deposit and then purchase a share in it, within the five year time period.
