Alterations and Improvements

You must notify us and obtain our approval for any alterations or improvements you intend making to the property, such as building an extension or altering the layout. You don't need permission for simple repairs or redecoration. We do ask though that you don't redecorate within your first 12 months following completion, as you could conceal a structural defect.

If you need to take out further loans for repair or improvement, which have to be secured on the property, you need to get the consent of the Housing Association.
