Spectrum Housing Group is a Registered Social Landlord (Housing Association) registered with the Industrial and Provident Society and the Housing Corporation. The Group owns and manages over 15,000 homes, maintains a further 30,000 properties and has an active year on year development programme. The objective of the Group is to run as a not for profit business. Western Challenge and Signpost Housing Assocation are part of Spectrum Housing Group. 'Get Move-in' is the Groups branded name given to it's shared ownership scheme.

Western Challenge owns, manages and maintains affordable homes throughout the south of England. It aims to provide excellent housing services, support and assistance to local households. The Head office is based in Christchurch, Dorset.

Signpost Housing Association currently owns nearly 4,500 homes throughout the south and southwest. Signpost develops approximately 500 homes each year throughout the south and south west of England by working in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, local communities, voluntary and statutory agencies. The Head office is based in Blandford, Dorset.
